Biography
Hired by the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences as a research assistant under Professor Darren Clabo, Patrick is a 3rd year student pursuing his B.S. in Atmospheric Science with the IAS. Origionally from small-town Indiana, Patrick spent two years at Kaskaskia College in Centralia, Illinois earning his Associate in Science - Earth Science Systems Degree and an Associate in Arts - Journalism Degree.
At SDSM&T, Patrick is working on a project studying the low-level nocturnal temperature inversions in Rapid Valley. His interests are mesoscale circulations, winter weather systems, meteorology in aviation applications and meteorological data analysis.
