Conversion of Raw and Untreated Disposal into Ethanol: Novel strategy has been developed for the conversion of waste disposal in to liquid biofuel using thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. USP of the developed process is the development of reactor scale continuous process which is directly converting the waste into ethanol without the need of pretreatment or addition of external enzymes to reaction. 2.Bio-GTL: Process is optimized for converting the mixture of different gases into liquid biofuel using wild type unexplored bacterial strains. Robust strains have also been developed through heterologous expression and through conjugation for the fast paced oxidation of greenhouse gases.
